Sometimes I don’t give high-velocity adjustments but keep sustained pressure on the joint. I may push the joint softly and repetitively for a couple of minutes. That’s all the work that needs to be done and kids bounce back quickly,” said Dr. Jamaal. Some babies even go to sleep right after their adjustment!
